Audio Visual [no sound] (Right) Tonal has one arm extended straight out at chest height. A woman stands in front of the Smart Arm, with her right side facing the wall. She holds the Smart Handle out directly in front of her chest, and slowly steps to her left in a lateral movement. She takes several steps left before reversing direction and going back towards the Smart Arm.

Audio Visual [no sound] A man walks towards Tonal and attaches a Rope to one Smart Arm. He extends the Smart Arm and lowers it to the ground, creating a triangle with the floor. Standing in front of the Smart Arm, he holds the Rope with both hands and lowers into a squat. Staying in a squat, he slowly walks backwards and forwards, repeating for several reps.

Audio Visual [no sound] A woman lies down on a Mat, her hands fully extended by her side, her palms facing upward, and her knees bent. She pushes her hips up off the ground, then alternates raising each leg to a 90 degree angle.

Audio Visual [no sound] A man walks towards Tonal and extends one Smart Arm down to the ground at a 45 degree angle. The man stands with the Smart Arm positioned between his legs and grabs the Smart Handle with both hands. Keeping his arms straight down, he lowers into a squat and thrusts upwards for several reps.

Audio Visual [no sound] A woman stands facing Tonal, a Smart Handle in each hand and down by her sides. She bends at the knee and pushes her hips back while leaning her upper body forward, keeping her arms fully extended and lowering the Smart Handles. She then pushes back up into standing position.

Audio Visual [no sound] A woman stands facing away from Tonal, holding the Rope with both hands in between her legs. Reaching her arms back through her legs, she pushes her hips back and leans her upper body forward until it’s parallel to the ground. As she stands back up, she pulls the Rope forward.

Audio Visual [no sound] (Right) Tonal has one Smart arm extended and lowered to the floor at a 45 degree angle. A man grabs the Smart Handle with his right hand and pulls it upwards, bending at the elbow. He stands in a split stance, with his left leg forward and his left foot positioned to the left of the Smart Arm. He proceeds to lower into a split squat, rotating his elbow towards his left knee with each rep.

Audio Visual [no sound] (Right) A man stands facing Tonal with both Smart Arms extended and lowered to the ground at a 45 degree angle. His feet are positioned between both Arms. The man grabs the left Smart Handle with his left hand and pulls it up to his left shoulder, his arm bent at the elbow. He proceeds to lower down into a squat and back up.

Audio Visual [no sound] A woman stands facing Tonal, arms bent and holding a Smart Handle in each hand slightly above shoulder height. She steps one leg back and lowers her body until both knees are bent 90 degrees, keeping her arms bent in the same position. She steps forward and back up into standing position.

Audio Visual [no sound] A man walks towards Tonal and extends both Smart Arms down to the floor at a 45 degree angle. Standing between both Arms, he lifts the Smart Handles up to his shoulders, bending at the elbows. The man lowers into a squat and back up. He repeats the motion for several reps.

Audio Visual [no sound] A man walks towards Tonal and the Bench. He positions the Bench length-wise in front of the Tonal, leaving enough room for both Smart Arms to extend down to the floor at a 45 degree angle. Facing Tonal, the man positions himself between the Smart Arms and pulls both Smart Handles up to his shoulders, arms bent at the elbows. He proceeds to squat down, lightly tapping his glutes on the Bench behind him. He repeats the motion for several reps.

Standing between the Arms, he grabs both Smart Handles and holds them at his sides. He proceeds to lower himself forward, pushing his hips back and keeping a slight bend in his knees. He lifts himself back up and repeats the motion for several reps.
